Campaign Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. The Promoter

The promoter is The Old Town Hall, Glossop (managed by Hospitality Collective).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The campaign is open to engaged couples aged 18 or over at the time of application.
2.2. To be eligible for the £1,995 launch package, the couple’s wedding must be booked and take place within 12 months of the date their application is officially accepted.
2.3. Employees of Hospitality Collective, Childsey, their family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the campaign are excluded from entering.

3. The Application & Selection Process

3.1. Couples must apply by completing the dedicated application form on the official website.
3.2. Applying does not guarantee selection. Successful couples will be selected in phases by the venue management team based on date availability, venue capacity limitations, and calendar suitability.
3.3. Selected couples must complete a physical or virtual venue walkthrough and sign a standard venue booking contract to secure one of the 10 available launch spaces.

4. The Launch Package Details (£1,995) The launch package price is fixed at £1,995 and strictly includes:

Exclusive day-use venue hire of The Old Town Hall.
A set wedding breakfast menu for exactly 50 guests.
One post-ceremony welcome drink per guest.
Wine served with the wedding breakfast meal.
Evening food for 50 guests.
4.1. Exclusions: Any additional guests over the baseline of 50, registrar fees, upgraded food/beverage options, entertainment, styling, or floral arrangements are not included and will be charged at standard venue rates.

5. Launch Couple Prize Draw

5.1. Only the ten couples who have successfully contracted and secured a "First Chapter" launch space will be entered into the prize draw.
5.2. Once all ten launch spaces are officially booked and contracted, a draw will take place to select the winner.
5.3. The winning couple will receive a complimentary £250 bar tab to be used towards drinks at their wedding celebration at The Old Town Hall.
5.4. The £250 bar tab may only be redeemed against beverages supplied by The Old Town Hall and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used against any other element of the wedding package.
5.5. Any additional drinks, optional extras, additional day guests, or evening guests remain the financial responsibility of the couple.
5.6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative value.

6. Media & Content Release

6.1. By accepting a launch package space, all ten couples agree to allow The Old Town Hall and its marketing partners (Childsey) to capture and use photography, videography, and testimonials from their wedding day for future marketing, PR, and social media purposes.
